I would go up and look at it before auction end if I were you. The car is already up to £400.00.

In the description they say it's immaculate but if you look at the recently added photos the rear wheel arches have been badly sprayed.

If I were you I would ask the seller about this bodged paintwork and get him to amend the description. You might find a few people will want to retract their bid!

Still ask about the paintwork. If the panels have been badly sprayed he needs to say so. It could save you money.

nice...
if you look at it before you buy it, you might find a reason not to buy it, then you wont have it, i didn't look at mine until i picked it up after the auction.
it looks really clean and the colouring on the rear arch looks more to do with the camera/reflection , as there is same colours on bits of the front wing photo, taken from the same side and that doesn't look like dodgy paintwork.
any issues it might have can be sorted, and isn't that half the fun of having a lada?
and anyway, 4wd...

I think he means it has 4 wheels and it drives.... 4wd was never an option on the export signets over here :wink:

Looks nice but it appears there might be possible paint bubbling on the seam under and by the headlight in the blurry photo. Be a nice ride though!

That's absolutely right, half the fun is working on and restoring them. However, if it's described as "immaculate" it MUST be immaculate! Price very much depends on condition.

It is possible the paintwork is fine and is just a result of the photography. The question has to be asked though.

Nothing you can't put right but at least (hopefully) you won't have to pay so much for the car.

Sorry to go off topic: but how would you like this;

Go for the 1500. That's the model you have been after anyway.
